A quick and easy guide to learn about our costs.
As we ask our potential clients to provide us with their budgets, it seems only fair to provide you with our cost information; however, it's hard to give a general estimate because each project is fully customized to your needs. If you need an approximate cost before committing to Phan Creative, please be sure to provide us with as much information as possible so that we can give you the most accurate estimate.
With that said, and having completed successful projects for previous clients, we do have a basic understanding of costs that may be of use to you. Below is a list of some common services and their range of cost.
Please note that these fees are not guaranteed!
A "Typical" Web Site Redesign Project:
Depending on how much work is necessary, a typical mid-size, end-to-end web site redesign might look like the following.
Sample break down of costs:
- Research & Information Architecture (Reworking site structure, information layout, calls to actions, user interface, navigation, etc.): $460
- Interactive Visual Design (One design direction, 2-3 rounds of revision): $2,250
- A small set of XHTML/CSS templates: $540
- Content migration and build out: $900 (depending on the size of the site)
- Quality Assurance: $270
Grand Total: Around $4,420
Again, this is simply an example of costs – every project is tailored to the needs of our potential clients and can greatly vary.
There are several things not listed above that are a part of the process and would warrant special attention that can not be accurately accounted for in an estimate. Some of these include browser compatibility testing, creative assistance with marketing/branding, SEO, etc.
Other Common Services
Additional examples:
- Mobile design w/ HTML/CSS templates: $900-$1,500 (Depends largely on number of unique templates.)
- E-commerce design and development: $3,000-$10,000
- Search engine optimization: $1,000-$5,000 (Depends on size of site and/or keywords)
- Maintenance, consulting or retainer: $90/hr
